Prism and Responsive Solutions form Business Alliance


WILMINGTON, MA, September 1, 2009 - Prism and Responsive Solutions today announced a joint business alliance to offer graphic arts customers solutions for automating their internal and customer-facing operations. Prism’s flagship management information system (MIS) WIN 2009 has helped printers streamline and automate their internal business processes for over 20 years and Responsive Solution’s CUSTOMER+®, A Marketing Resource Center™, has automated and gone beyond typical web-to-print services through a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering for today’s marketing needs. Combined, Responsive Solutions and Prism now offer their joint customers a highly efficient business engine for today’s marketing solution providers.

Both WIN 2009 and CUSTOMER+ are open systems with robust application programming interfaces (API). This will enable the rapid integration of these solutions for an effective and connected solution for their customers.
