Prism Europe and Brightblue Have Signed a Formal Integration Initiative as Part of an Exclusive Co-Operation Agreement

Prism is an established supplier of MIS solutions in the UK and worldwide, whereas Brightblue enables non-specialist sales staff to automatically create highly accurate estimates, even for complex jobs. Linked together, the combination creates a seamless workflow with commercial estimate and job bag production data feeding into Prism Win for full job management through to the shop-floor including the collection of actual job data.

The integration development work is underway, a pilot printer site has been selected and the Prism/Brightblue link will be commercially available in the third quarter 2007. Initially designed for commercial litho and digital printers, Brightblue is now adding support for web presses to complement Prism WIN functionality so the combination provides a broad sector MIS solution.

The two companies will be jointly demonstrating the Prism/Brightblue link at Pira’s MIS show in November and case studies will be available by this time.
